PBX phone system InterPoint’s Communications is a provider of hosted and managed PBX and business VoIP service. Built upon the open-source Asterisk platform, InterPoint Communications PBX phone system offers a vital tool that enables small businesses to lower their communication cost and improve productivity.

 

The InterPoint Communications PBX and hosted service come with all the standard PBX functions, such as auto-attendant, voicemail, and call transfer, as well as advanced features like one-number follow-me, voicemail to email, teleconference, and call distribution queue for call center applications.

 

InterPoint Communications ‘Red Monkey” Release includes an Analog Gateway with 4 ports that can be configured for telephone lines (FXO) or for FAX and Analog Phones (FXS). 

 

A 24 Port Power over Ethernet (POE) Switch to provide power to the POE telephones.  Your current data network wiring if it’s Category 5e or higher can support this phone system.  No new wiring is needed and the PC’s can be plugged into the phone saving you even more, the power for the phone will be supplied from the switch.  

 

The SPA 922 SIP Phone support open standard “SIP” and has a digital display, speaker phone and all the features of high end proprietary PBX vendors.  These phones support Quality of Service parameters like jitter and echo control and Power Over Ethernet capable.

 

We use Dell rack mounted servers for the IP PBX Call Manager with redundant drives, lots of memory and 73 Gigabit Drives to support many, many hours of voicemail.  No limits and the drives are very fast 10,000 rpm SCSI drives running RAID 1 for maximum uptime and reliability. 

 

Standard and Delivered Setup Includes all software installed and dial plans for local and long distance, record and phone usage logs, access to telephone line provider.  In addition we set one user set-up with voice mail, phone numbers, 4 digit dialing and conference caller ID for each phone ordered. 

 

We can add as many additional users as you need for a small charge.  We will work with your IT staff to ensure a successful installation and operation based on skills levels and in-house expertise.
